Design Thinking

Facilitated by Frederike Engelhardt, Design Thinking expert and co-founder of the innovation consultancy Innoki, Berlin

About the workshop:
In this hands-on workshop, participants will be introduced to the core principles of Design Thinking and apply them to real challenges from their everyday work. Rather than developing physical products, the focus lies on improving processes and creating user-centered guidelines. Through a structured sequence of phases—understanding user needs, reframing problems, generating ideas, and prototyping—participants learn how to approach complex challenges with creativity and structure. The workshop fosters collaboration, opens up new perspectives, and equips teams with practical tools for driving meaningful change in their organizational context.
