About the workshop

About the facilitator

Anne Merks is an experienced science manager with a proven track record in designing and facilitating institutional strategies. As Co-Lead of Transformation Management at the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine, she drives the implementation of the Center’s strategic plan, having previously overseen its development as a project leader. Anne approaches organizational transformation with a systematic perspective, focusing on sustainable, long-term impact.
